Processing Your Order

Order Processing Time

Items marked as "in stock" are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Corfu, Greece, within 1-2 business days. Items not in stock require manufacturing and may take 2-4 business days for production, processing, and shipment from Corfu.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via ELTA postal service, and tracking details will be provided. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed and dispatched.

International Shipping

We partner with ELTA for international shipping. Estimated shipping times vary by destination:

Europe: 2 - 5 business days

USA: 4 - 10 business days

Rest of the world: 5 - 10 business days

Domestic Shipping (Greece)

For orders within Greece, we use ELTA for fast, reliable shipping. Delivery typically takes 1 - 3 business days.

Return Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If the items do not meet your expectations, we are happy to assist. You may return the goods within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, subject to the following conditions:

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
If applicable, items must be returned in their original branded boxes and dust bags, placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
As leather is a natural material, please take care when trying on your purchases. Ensure feet are clean and dry to prevent staining the leather. Returns that do not meet our guidelines cannot be accepted.

How to Return Your Purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us via the form on our contact page here. Include your order number (found on your invoice) and details of the items you wish to return, along with the reason for the return. We will respond within 1-3 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will be notified via email once we have received and inspected your return.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your purchase, our customer care team will reach out via email. Additional shipping fees for exchanges are as follows:

Europe: €15
Rest of the world: €25

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.
