DELIVERY – We will send you an email/text message on the morning of delivery. Please be sure to provide a valid email address and mobile phone number during checkout as you will be able to respond to this message.
Delivery times apply to orders placed before 12:00 (local Greek time), Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Weekend orders require an additional working day for processing.
Goods will not be dispatched or delivered on bank/public holidays.
Delivery guarantees may be affected by adverse weather conditions, peak shopping periods (e.g., Black Friday), or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
PLEASE NOTE: Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. We recommend checking your country’s import policies for more details.
What Happens If an Item is Out of Stock?

In the unlikely event that an order is placed for an item that is no longer in stock you will be notified by email and are entitled to a full refund. We will make every effort to find you a suitable alternative at this stage, should you wish, or proceed with a refund upon your instruction.
WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN’T ARRIVE AT ALL?
If your order does not arrive as expected, please contact Customer Services within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Reporting delays may impact our ability to process a replacement or refund.
Christmas Delivery Deadlines
To ensure delivery before Christmas, place your order at least two weeks before the final working day (24th December). For international orders, we recommend placing your order by mid-December. If your order is placed after this then we cannot guarantee delivery.
Orders will be dispatched up until the last working day before Christmas if placed by 12 noon.
Orders placed after this deadline will be dispatched promptly in the first week of January.
